Pros

Plenty of challenges working in a new company

Cons

There is a very high turnover rate of employees especially managers and other professionals. The expected effort is not in line with the reward. For those who are new to the company, you are on your own.

Pros

Work from home Monday and Friday

Cons

All roles are regional so you can expect to be living out of a hotel for 4-5 months out of the year. Extremely sub par office in Houston. Cost cutting and money saving culture. Way too lean and extremely high turn over rate.

Pros

Nice people, decent benefits and pay

Cons

Have cameras looking at everything you do. No phone policy in trucks, driver facing cameras. Preach a lot of safety but have the worst maintained equipment of any place I have worked. Bad hours and work weekends

Thank you for taking the time to leave this honest review. Safety is a core value at Messer: Our phone policy – and technology used in our trucks – is meant to keep our drivers, and those on the road, safe. Our schedules allow our drivers to be home daily and we continue to look for opportunities for improvement in this regard. Therefore, we do value drivers that are able and willing to be flexible with schedules since we are delivering to customers 24/7. Our trucks also undergo all safety inspections and we perform regular maintenance on our entire fleet. As a former Messer employee, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
