      Pros

      Some of the people you meet like drivers, carriers, outside contractors; they are great people and you can learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      The production supervisor is completely irrational and egotistical, completely unsafe and pencil whips documents. The plant manager; however, He's good and someone you can look up to.

      Good People Leaving

      Pros

      Good people leaving. No one should remain with an employer that cannot treat them fairly, and with dignity and respect.

      Cons

      Regional Transport & Maintenance Managers are the worst. The last two years good managers have been voting with their feet, leaving the organization. JB will praise the under achievers, hire poor managers, and reprimand the good managers.
