Pros
Great Benefits in terms of coverage and costs, 401K Matching and a Pension Plan you vest in after a year. Paid Time Off/Personal Days are amazing, 15-20 days off with vacation time; yet in senior level/mgmt positions don't really let you take all your time off (unwritten rule I guess)
Cons
Management can set unrealistic expectations and constant reorganizations and cost cutting. Should be "happy" to have survived the cuts and thus willing to work 60+ hours a week.
