Pros

Own space- sort of. Training is fun and you learn a lot with FINRA training and testing. There is a big cafeteria, and locations close by to lunch.

Cons

Training builds you up to think you are really going somewhere with this company. Then you get to the floor and start seeing the people in sweats- the sloppy ones, the weirdos, the inappropriate ones, and just the way the managers talk to everyone as if they are babysitting a group of children and it starts to eventually overshadow anything that seemed professional and important about the place while you were new. The programs they use are horrid, not to mention there are dozens of tabs you have to have open because everything is so glitchy.
