Pros

401k, PTO, Annual bonus,

Cons

glass ceiling, favoritism, lies from management regarding promotions to unworthy candidates, poor communication with upper management. Work overload. No work/life balance. Focus on metrics with disregard for employee happiness. Forced daily overtime due to work load. forced nights and weekends. poor communication between departments. Poor opportunity for advancement as they will collude with selected employees resign so they may be immediately re-hired as "outside hires." It's simply smoke, mirrors, and lies at every turn.
