Pros

- Competitive salary - Amazing benefits - Doctor & specialist visits are $10 - 25 free therapy visits - 401K match is effectively about 25% - Generous reimbursements (just pay taxes) - Open source contributions are praised, not intellectual property - Very fast growth potential

Cons

Move fast is more important than code quality (lots of copy pasta). Prioritized projects mostly have to align with company goals. This sounds like a good thing, but it's mostly "How do we get X users use feature Y more often," "How do we increase time users spend on FB?" These are soul sucking priorities and involves working on trivial experiments, not even remotely interesting. I personally hate Mercurial.
