A company that's trying to face it's criticism head on. An employee driven culture where you choose what impact you want to have. A diverse (still mostly male) employee base that empowers groups that are often marginalized. Great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Work on your tiny slice of facebook code can get tedious, but switching teams helps with that.

The CEO does a Q&A every week where he answers the most voted questions, no topics off limits. Incredible benefits and perks. Fantastic environment with extremely intelligent coworkers.

Cons

There may be some business decisions you disagree with morally, but leadership at least will talk about it and have changed their decisions based on feedback.

Moving Fast is both a pro and a con. It is great we merge straight to master. But damn does it put heaps of pressure on even small tasks.

Cons

Breaking Things is both a pro and a con. You can go in and step all over other peoples' work if you have 1 guy backing you up.
