Harder and harder to achieve bonus commission

Crammed calls 8 hours straight to hit their metrics everyday. Too much micromanagement counting your phone calls non stop. Takes your passion and enjoyment of nursing away because you feel more like a pestering telemarketer. A lot of meetings. Doesn’t feel like team leads or management know one thing about the patients they have or check in on the care they are getting, most important role is calling 50 people a day and not 1 less. It’s ok for wfh position but it gets old fast.
