      Remote, work life balance, and flexibility

      Cons

      Micromanaged, favoritism, lack of understanding, belittling. Upper management seemed okay- lower level management not so much. Be prepared for constant hypocrisy.

      WFH. Schedule flexibility. Equipment supplied

      Cons

      Micromanaged to the extreme. Be peepared to hear “metrics,metrics,metrics” all day everyday to the point you forget you’re a nurse and have now become a telemarketer/sales person. My team lead and supervisor were both very rude and made things extremely stressful. Wouldn’t recommend

      Unexpected Expectations

      Remote, flexible, work at your own pace.

      Cons

      More of a sales position than nursing, requirements are constantly changing, say that doing what is best for patient is most important and not to talk anyone into program, but if enrollment goal not met, placed in discipline and job is on the line. Most employees feel pressured to obtain goals while also meeting hard to reach requirements and end up having to cheat/cut corners to please management.
