      WFH but pay is not competitive

      Pros

      Overall the company as a whole is pretty good. The pay is not competitive at all and they have weekly “metrics” that have to be met. Environment can be so so. There is some micromanaging at times but not too bad. Overall I do feel like I help people

      Cons

      Pay. Unrealistic expectations and major problems with their programs. Nothing is ever working at the same time and more additions to documentation without change to said expectations
