      Pros

      Amazing people and a strong culture. The company is growing fast, which means lots of growth opportunities. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Going through growing pains. There are a lot of growth opportunities but not a lot of structure around pathways to pursuing those opportunities. The pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. Diversity is improving but still a challenge.

      Pros

      The project work is fabulous. There's a lot of variety of exciting work across many different industries. You get to do blue sky concept work for the most forward-thinking global companies. People are friendly, wonderful office culture.

      Cons

      Long hours. Not a huge focus on employee value or retention. No clear long-term company strategy or executive vision.
