With the new management in place , Methode is showing improvement. But will take time to see drastic changes.

This is my third year at Samaya and so far, it has been a wonderful place to work. The venue is very clean even across the production lines and the staff are very friendly and supportive. Samaya is growing and expanding fast, and this will open many opportunities across the various departments and at different management levels. o Pros  Friendly culture and wonderful colleagues  Very clean and echo friendly environment  Management very supportive especially when it comes to enhancing procedures and productivity  Employees are very disciplined
