Cons
Management is untrustworthy and seems like stereotypical, heartless capitalists. They acquired our successful company and promised to keep things the same. Then they conducted several random mass firings, until the company was too understaffed to operate correctly. They fired people without regard for seniority or work need, dismantled profitable departments, and did not handle transferring work to the remaining employees. Employee turnover remains a major problem. The product quality and service we provide to the customers has gone way down compared to before Methode took over.
