      you can gain experience in every field available for an engineer, it's a great company with great innovation that always pushes its employees to try new challenges and find new solutions, which, as a fresh graduate, is very interesting and helps you to grow fastly.

      The larger facilities offer a lot of prospects for learning and education, as well as going up the leadership Ladder.

      Smaller factories can be hit and miss, some are wonderful to work for whereas others can be difficult
