      I've learned so much in a short amount of time. Management is so helpful when it comes to helping their employees grow and strive within the company.

      Cons

      It would be nice to see a more engaging culture and company volunteer opportunities.

      Pros

      Methode has very supportive and engaging work environments. Managers encourage and tries to build a culture of open communication. A lot of smart, hard working, and fun people work here!

      Cons

      Haven't found anything major (internal) so far. Wish there are more places to eat near by the office though.
