Cons

1. Upper management, including HR appears unable to grow business organically, relying on take-overs and buyouts. 2. Recent reorganization with Grakon appears to have been done haphazard and with bad assumptions. 3. Company is off-shoring more and more technical job. 4. Opacity of planning and upper level goals.

The team I worked with in the United states was composed of very intelligent members and was developing cutting edge technology across a large spectrum of different applications.

Cons

the US team working on our product line in Carthage IL. was let go, this was followed by the laying off of the few working on the product line in Harwood Heights. My understanding is Methode India is now developing the product line as well as manufacturing it. Americans were used to develop a product, once we did most of it, those that did not jump ship were let go and production was moved to India.
