      Lot of politics in management level. Higher management is not up to the mark . They don't care employees once project is over

      Automotive team will often get onsite opportunities. Good work life balance. You can take more breaks

      Cons

      If u want to be a techie/geek, u can't learn any technology/coding there. All the frimware/software engineers are doing only some small code modifications and integration.
