Can’t think of any pros.

Cons

Management does not care about employees. Disrespectful behavior by management. No challenging work happens here. Just keep making the same old products and selling them. No new advanced projects are approved by management due to costs.

Weekly Paycheck, benefits are good, when they don't take them away.

Cons

The only positive reviews for Methode are because they individually reach out current employees to put in a review, and those are terrified to write the truth. If they acquire your company stand buy to be laid off, or worked so hard that you want to quit! Layoff seem to happen every 6 months or so with no reasoning as to who they choose to get rid of apart from salaries and there is someone cheaper in Mexico or India that can do your job . This company is driven by cost and money only. Employees are driven only by fear.
