      Pros

      One can learn a lot about the automotive industry. Company offers a good relocation package if one gets employed from outside of malta (accomodation + flight, etc..)

      Cons

      It's too stressful with a really low headcount. Always behind on the deadlines. Company processes are really old school and there is no resources being used for ticketing and better management of the workforce
