      sadly I have no pros on this company due to the current situation

      15 years ago it was a dream to work within Methode.. it was challenging and educational to work here. Unfortunately there have been a huge U-turn in the past few months. Meaning people are leaving resulting in myself and my colleagues searching for a new job - a better company. The company that everyone spoke highly of is no longer the same. Methode has a toxic environment and we can no longer work here.
