      Excellent Culture, Dedicated Team, Committed to the Mission

      Pros

      There’s a reason Methodist Health System has been ranked a “Best Place to Work” the last 15 years, it has such a strong culture of caring for patients and caring for colleagues. The company is well-managed from an executive leadership standpoint, with a strong balance sheet and good investments, but it focuses on its people and the little things. Whether it’s professional development, tuition assistance, employee events, small tokens of appreciation, I have felt like a valued member of the team since my first day five years ago.

      Cons

      I guess the health benefits could be a little better, but I haven’t had much issue.

      Best place to work.Working under such an amazing leadership was a great chance for me to grow professionally and personally. I will highly recommend Methodist Richardson.
