      Methodist Health System is more of a family than a system. I am not a number here.

      Cons

      I miss the fellowship and hugs of my co-workers when working remotely and social distancing.

      Pros

      Not the same routine every day. Management is down to earth and easily accessible. Flexibility is perfect. Your opinion matters and makes a difference.

      Cons

      Title doesn’t match position. Badge says one thing but HR system says different. This make a difference when comparing your salary in the market. Pay could be a lot better. Limited room for growth. Training is slim to none. Be prepared to learn on the job.
