Competitive pay, structured Healthcare system, respects employees and provide the support to care for patients safely. Benefits are amazing and all the extras provided to staff if going through "Personal setbacks". Leadership works collaboratively with front line staff.

Cons

Cannot think of anything, I can see myself working here till the end of my nursing career.

Culture and Unit Work Family are the best here at Methodist Health System. They try and make a non-dramatic and low stress work environment a reality. Always encourage a work-life balance.

Cons

The pay range and cap for my position is lower than industry standard, I have been at my cap for a few years with no ability for a raise. I would like to see the pay range for my position increase to reward, long-term, loyal employees.
