      Pros

      The administration and the management staff really are concerned for their employees. The spiritual base of the organization helps to take care of patients in the spirit of Jesus Christ. The professionalism of the staff is unmatched. The organization really pays attention to the staff and offers numerous ways to increase our education, our skill level and our desire to help our patient population. A great access for the Oak Cliff area.

      It is hard to move up due to the high quality of the upper administrative staff already in place

      Pros

      Upper Management genuinely cares. Co-workers are phenomenal. I'm able to do what I need to do to take care of patients. Im not micromanaged. Lots of room for growth.

      Cons

      This hospital could use a hospice within the facility.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Regarding your hospice suggestion, you are correct. As a matter of fact, Methodist Dallas will be opening a hospice facility in April 2019. The 13,000-square-foot in-patient unit is a $2.8 million renovation and is expected to serve more than 800 patients each year. We are thrilled that you're enjoying your experience at Methodist!

      Everything is micromanaged by superiors and hard work often goes unnoticed and unappreciated.

      Pros

      Discount at on campus Starbucks and cafeteria. Employee appreciation events provide free food and giveaways.

      Cons

      Finding employee parking is impossible after 7 am due to non-employees occupying employee parking spots.
