      Cons

      There are of course some "bad eggs" that may not be the team players you might want/expect.

      MHS truly puts their patients first and is mission oriented. They keep a great pulse on employee needs and demonstrates active listening to retain and recruit top talent.

      Cons

      Their system approach in regard to policy management can take longer than needed.
