      The culture at Methodist is excellent. The overall engagement and improvement efforts are constantly improving. Recognition and benefits are also top notch.

      Cons

      -Pay scale is not up to par with many positions -Potential for growth is limited due to being an older healthcare system that has not caught up with the times.
