Pros
Very flexible with school schedule, in fact they encourage it and offer tuition reimbursement. Co-workers were very friendly and worked well as a team Upper management on-site and very open and involved with all employees, regardless of department Promoting from within is encouraged Insurance not too bad compared to other jobs I've had
Cons
Hard to land a job without knowing someone that works there Although upper management is approachable, they can be overbearing at times Favor nurses over other staff (No offense to nurses! Y'all are great!)
