This company is making profits ONLY because its been around for so long AND there's not too much competition around in Canada. Remove these two facts and this "building" would collapse in no time.
Being the family business the management are absolutely unprofessional, raised "in the family". Some people are being worked way too hard and some are always taking mini vacations.There's no such thing as training , but when you start doing things your way, they slap your hands. No feedback, no asking for opinion. People are just robots designed to perform tasks. The company would do so much better in 100 years when people will actually be replaced with robots. Planning and scheduling is a joke, a 10 grader could do better. Management do care about you, your ideas, feedback or results.
