This is a rare mix of a long-standing company, very well-known in its industry, with a recently introduced fresh and modern take on leadership and corporate. I found very little rigid processes that you may find in larger companies - everything was up for process improvement, and people are very willing to welcome new ideas and fresh ways of doing things, granted it saves time and resources. The culture attracts high performers who love what they do, and who regularly go above and beyond in sticking to their commitments. You regularly see people move up the ladder - not because of politics, but because they genuinely are of high talent and energy. I got a very strong sense of a family-feel while working here - another rarity, given the company's size, and I've seen time and time again people go out of their way to help out a fellow team mate in times of heavier work loads. Internal communications have also come a long way in just a few years, and the company is making use of some great new technology out there to create and improve a 2-way dialogue.
