      This company has been driven by a great amount of leadership, goal orientated, as well has a reputable workforce in the Millworks industry.

      Cons

      Communication throughout the company has suffered in recent years, but is coming alive already in 2016.

      Continuous stress that is not warranted

      Pros

      - good salary - there is room for moving up in the company (read the con though) - very well established company in their industry

      Cons

      - stress - manager mentality Though they are trying to get away from their old view points and company culture that used to dominate their flow; they are still a heavy white male dominated company that promotes and hires less on attribute, and more on a "buddy" system. If you are not well liked on a private level, but are a good employee; you are out of luck! The stress level is so high all the time that it almost does not make any sense. I worked at larger companies before that deal with a lot more than they do, and I have never felt that type of pressure. I know that I am not the only one. It is not warranted as the product is a consumable and there are a lot of employees.
