Pros

Lots of autonomy to take your career in any direction you want. If you want to climb the ladder you can, but you have to work for it. Company is growing and lots of great opportunities are becoming available.

Cons

The company needs to create a clearer career path for new employees so they can understand what potential lies in front of them, not what their direct manager tells them. Corporate communication is a struggle, some managers have a great concept of what is coming, some have no clue.

Cons

Lots of company initiatives to manage across the day to day requirements managing the business. Strong multi tasking skills are important to master.
