Pros

Lots of overtime. Minimal supervision. Marijuana and alcohol friendly.

Cons

12 to 15 hour shifts are not only normal but mandatory. Management has no idea what they’re doing. The paid supervisor position has been replaced with a voluntary/no pay raise “lead” position. The culture of the company is gang mentality and the people left in charge are literally stealing from the company, and using illegal drugs before during and after work. Stab you in the back mentality. No yearly bonus.

Great base salary Good benefits programs Good people Great about promoting from within Defined career path that can be explained and detailed

Cons

Company is socialistic by pay structure Company bonus vs individual commissions for sales Management can be a bit of old boys club looking out for one another, since most moved up in the company together.
