Very flexible Company, Loved the management in Chicago/Joliet and in the New York Staten Island Office, Very understanding and very personable. The Management tries to work with you depending on the circumstances and there is room for advancement, once you put some time and experience into the company and they know who you are by your work ethics. They definitely acknowledge their good workers. Miss and love this company.

Cons

Not any complaints really, the pay rate is comparable to other security companies out there.

Easy job, barely any responsibility, and can read during the day.

Cons

They give you a hard time about using the rest room! No direct deposit, low pay, no benefits, unorganized scheduling. Rude district managers.
