Cons

Poor communication/attentiveness to employees.No pay increase nor any response from higher ups after repeated attempts.. No sense of appreciation nor value from employer.

Some amazing workers I interacted with. Great potential to be amazing

Cons

Awful owners. Awful VP. Does very illegal stuff when hiring. Pays Wolfe to check more in background check even dismissed cases, then makes the process longer hoping candidates drop off in the process. Will not hire candidates if I9 is pending which by federal law still should start work even if I9 is pending for a few weeks. Ridiculous rules. People can only have 3 jobs in the past 6 years. Military families never qualify. HR tries to help but VP blocks from any real assistance
