Very flexible Company, Loved the management in Chicago/Joliet and in the New York Staten Island Office, Very understanding and very personable. The Management tries to work with you depending on the circumstances and there is room for advancement, once you put some time and experience into the company and they know who you are by your work ethics. They definitely acknowledge their good workers. Miss and love this company.

Cons

Not any complaints really, the pay rate is comparable to other security companies out there.

management always listens to suggestions, the owners of company made themselves available to answer any of my questions regarding overtime, site locations..etc.

Cons

some guards didn't always show up or would show up late.
