All personnel are required to be state licensed security guards, regardless of your job description. You must also pay for it yourself and get it done on your own time 6. Poor communication, not just between you and the company, but betwee. The company and client and between you and the client 7. No benefits at 40 hrs a week 8. Client is comstantly about to drop the company due to issues (read terminated)
