Good co workers. Some of them at least

Cons

Everything. Unprofessional, rude, unable to handle employees. They accuse them of things they cant prove based on personal prejudice. Unable to follow simple SOPs on how to handle employee issues. Bad relationship with clients and overall unprofessional from the top to the uninterested guards.

Cons

They try to be buddy buddy with you, but when the time comes to make decisions, they throw everyone under the bus. Their "client" is probably their biggest problem. They can lie and get away with anything that they set their greedy minds to. No thanks for the experience.

Very unprofessional on the management level. A 3 year old could run a better company. Expects their workers to bend over backwards and some.
