office will call you to work and will change your pay for the site then when you get paid you have to remind them that they changed the pay when they called you to work

Pros

Most supervisors are nice, but anyone above that doesn't care about the guards. Pretty easy depending on where you're stationed. Pay is decent of not really doing anything.

Cons

Low wages. Barely any opportunities to move up. Poorly organized company. Hard to get a hold of the right people when there are issues with pay, etc. Frequently underpay employees (mistakes on paychecks).
