      Privately Owned- Shows how they treat their employees Upper management is actively involved in positive ways Off on all Major Holidays Can take vacation time durning the holidays, no black out times for earned vacation time. Good home life work balance

      Pros

      Very good salary, benefits, bonus along with very knowledgeable office staff. PTO instead of standard 2 weeks vacation. PTO accumulates every pay period. Good people to work with overall in the corporate office. Enjoyed learning and building self storage facilities in the Chicago area.

      Cons

      At the end, not enough work to keep me busy. Wish they have more facilities to build.
