They're focused on cleaning more than customers

Working hours, working independently, casual attire.

Cons

They're OCD confused on cleaning. They come on with white gloves and look in corners. They don't provide the proper coverage to get their cleaning done. Nothing positive you do is recognized if your location is not picture-perfect clean.

Cons

Staff very lean so SC’s and PM’s are cleaning units when they should be directing that time towards sales.
