Secret shoppers. You have to follow a script exactly or else you lose points. The script is very robotic and awkward and makes you feel fake. Same with the "leads" that you have to call. You have to follow a script and bother these people up to four times. It's very cringe worthy. Everything is recorded (phone calls) and with cameras everywhere that the district manager can check on at anytime...you feel big brother is watching at all times. They are constanly on your numbers and calling you out through group email so everyone can see. Cleaning storage units in all weather is no fun either. Insurance benefits are horrible. Covers nothing with a huge deductible. Still couldn't afford to see a doctor.

They don't pay well at all compaied to how much work you do and how much money the properties make. Corporate is so concerned with saving money on stuff but waste money all the time. Upper management is clueless. You have zero authority over anything. No room for advancement. Jeez I could go all day but will stop.
