Bad place for good people

There are good people working together for a common goal, but new management is trying to put her own stamp on the company by disrupting the good that is accomplished

Cons

New CMO is a nightmare for staff who have worked hard over the years to serve members. Dr Schwarts likes to push staff out so she can hire new staff, mainly her friends she work with in her rocky past. Staff are treated as replaceable cogs in a wheel rather than as human beings with value.

Located downtown no other pros.

Cons

New management is a nightmare, fired so many employees, mandated overtime with no compensation. Terrible atmosphere.
