MetroPlus is a company that cares about its employees and its customers. The leadership works well together and is always looking out to improve the organization. My supervisor and colleagues are very encouraging and appreciative.

Cons

There is sometimes red tape to overcome because of being owned by a city agency

A Great Learning Enviroment

As an intern I started at MetroPlus with no experience and not sure if I would enjoy the Healthcare field. MetroPlus is a very welcoming company that helped me learn everyday and were patient when I asked a million questions. Working here made going to work everyday not too bad.

Cons

The company could be a little more organized when it comes to more than one department collaborating on an issue

Great Experience with Great People

The people that work here were very nice and helpful with teaching us new things. It was a great experience; being able to understand what it feels like to work in a real work environment will certainly help me in the future. My supervisor really made this job a comfortable and a wonderful time.

Cons

Certain departments need to be more organized.
