Pros

There are various managers that provide you with the tools and support to succeed.

Cons

Poor training and communication across the company and depts. Although the company says there is room for growth, there is non, and even with great performance reviews there is no salary increases. High turnover.

City benefits are good if you are seeking long term employment

Cons

Productivity outreaches are hard. Sometimes you have to place calls for things that don’t necessary involve direct care and are making calls for the sake of getting those productivity levels up. There is expectation of roughly 3-4 hours of phone calls. I know this varies from different department but be mindful that there are certain expectations when you take this role.
