7hrs per day workday Not really much positive to say about the company Get twelve holidays off per year

Cons

Most employees don't care or want to worry about doing things correctly Management doesn't really have a grasp of what is going on. Management doesn't encourage working together, and you have multiple people doing the same thing

Benefits since its under New York City

Cons

1.Micromanagement , mismanagement , miscommunication inter- department and intra-department 2. No chance of growth no matter how hard and diligent you work , unless you are C level favorite. 3.No work urgency no matter how important task is or deadline is approaching. 4. Dirty politics played by C level instead of working on company mission and growth, focus on micromanagement who is sitting on their desk, monitoring there system etc. 5. Lot of rumors, false complain to HR, helpless Labor department, dominated by black and latino's.
