Pros

The Case Management Team is exceptional. There is wonderful departmental leadership. The team leads are supportive and professional. There are many well-trained staff with a variety of skills. The training offered is valuable for professional development. This helps you improve the level of support to your colleagues and clients. Overall, people there are very nice and friendly. Solid place for good work life balance.

A challenging, fast-paced environment

Pros

Vacation time and sick leave. Most people are generally hardworking and want the best for the member population. Some people have been there for many years.

Cons

Traditionally non-competitive salaries compared to the industry standard. Challenging to bring new ideas to fruition and receive support from management. Limited funding for some initiatives.
