Not for the innovative at heart

Pros

Good benifits No micro management Very accomadating with time off If you are new to the industry this is a good place to do self study and learn it at your own pace. The workload usually doesnt interfere.

Cons

Cultural mindset of the city organization (once you're in, you're safe) Lack of communication across departments Improper utilization of talent Lack of motivation in workers Lack of accountability in employees Help desk is a joke You will wait FOREVER for access to individual programs or technologies

Pros

Benefits, Benefits, Benefits...also good experience in the industry

Cons

Office Culture is TERRIBLE...it's all about who likes you or who you are related to in order to get a "promotion" in which you have to apply via intranet and hope you get an interview. Promotions are non-existent, don't expect a raise, no bonus or insentive programs and ghetto coworkers.

Needs a lot of improvement

Pros

The pay was really good. Some kf my colleagues were nice to work with.

Cons

This place, unfortunately, is extremely toxic when it comes to management. It always feels like the work you do is not good enough and they always will find something to complain about. Priorities are always shifting and there is not a clear direction on what is required of you. When asked for feedback they will ignore you until you are put on a performance improvement plan or if you quit. Caution moving forward. Turn over is constant at this organization.
