It is a very fun place to work with a very friendly, and club like atmosphere. There is room for rapid advancement if you have what it takes. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. Your ideas will be heard by the top management. Always open to new and better ways of doing things. You will never get bored. Lots of perks make it fun. Flexible hours. Good benefits.

Cons

The open environment can be distracting. You might not like the fast pace. You might not want to work for someone younger than yourself. You might get sucked into the passion.

A relaxed work environment where you can reach out to individuals at all levels. If you are a self-starter, this is the place to be. The company is open to new technologies and they care about what you have to say. If you are a doer, you will get things done along with team support. Dedicated day (Thursday) to Get Stuff Done (GSD).

Cons

Long hours, which may include weekends. Culture can be overwhelming and cause people to not fit in.
