      Pros

      Amazing company culture. Great management team, always encouraging and supporting. Investment in people and R&D. This is far the best company I’ve ever worked for and will be the last company I will work for.

      Cons

      Workload but pros outweigh this. And I’ve learnt a lot from this too.

      Private Company - not held back by reporting to shareholders Quality Products - that make you proud to represent Willing to invest - looking for long-term gains rather than instant revenue Great people - attracted by the right motivators

      Salaries can be a little lower competitors but this is outweighed by the positives
