      Pros

      Working environment looks nice and the company has global supply chain and distribution network. It was my best point to join this company. Product range and capability is considered to be large. I expected that therefore should be so many new business opportunities all over Japanese industrial market.

      Cons

      Basically I enjoyed working there. It was also good that responsible sales coordinator based in EU took necessary action with prompt response when we needed help. Communication link between production side and local dealers worldwide usually works well and I had tried to establish close communication when certain technical issues have been raised.
